Working out should stimulate the mind as well as the body.

90% of any sport is mental – your mind shapes your body to accomplish its goals.

Everyone needs to find a goal that drives them, whether it be losing 10 pounds to fit into your skinny jeans or completing 10 pull-ups.

Your goal will help you find the inner strength that forces you to keep on pushing – so when you're tired and can't make it to the gym, or you hit that wall and feel like you can't complete another rep, you can use that power of the mind to help you through it.

Working out is hard. That's why it's called "work", but when you make that decision to push towards a goal, you learn that you are capable of so much more than you thought.

At the end of the day know one ever says "I'm glad I didn't work out today."
