Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of “de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum” (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..”, comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

If you freeze your membership it will push your next charge date into the future by the amount of days of your freeze. So, if your month begins on June 1st and you freeze your membership on June 7th for 7 days, your suspension will lift on June 14th, and your next payment will move up to July 7th (instead of July 1st).

Nope. If it works better for your schedule to train with different trainers, no problem. It’s also a great way to get variety in your workouts.
Although sessions don’t roll over, our memberships are flexible. Since the memberships are based on a month you have all month to use up your sessions in any way you’d like. For example, if you have a 8x/month membership and can only make it in one time one week, that’s ok, because you can come in three times the next week. They’re flexible! You just have to use up all 8 sessions in the month.

Awesome! Being a member has it’s perks! You can purchase an additional session at your membership per session rate. For example, if you have an 8x/month, 6 month membership you can purchase an additional session at just $80 per session (compared to the usual $115 for a single session without a membership).

No problem. We offer virtual training sessions, so you can continue working out with your trainer no matter where you are. And if you absolutely need to cancel your membership, please see the next question about terminating your membership early.
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance it will be considered an “Early Cancel” and the session will be credited back to your account. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance it will be considered a “Late Cancel” and it will be counted as is if you used the session.

We’re, well, very personal! We don’t view working out as a means to an end (ahem, um, weight loss), we look at it as a way to feel great and awesome. It’s a celebration of what our bodies can do and all the little victories we make along the way. Working out is not a punishment and food is not the enemy. We don’t weigh, measure, or pinch skin. We don’t care if you ate a whole pint (or two) of ice cream last night. What we do care about is you and how you feel about yourself, and we want to help you feel awesome through workouts that engage you and make you feel powerful. You are not just another member to us, you are one of us, and we really want to hear your story and help you uncover your amazingness within.
Prior to your consultation you will fill out an intake packet that will help you figure out what you would like to get out of training with us. It will also help us get a snapshot of your day, your health history, and your relationship to fitness, so that we can design the best program for you, using a whole-person approach. Your trainer will dive a bit deeper at the beginning of your consultation to gather a bit more information. (Don’t know what your goals are? No problem, we will help you with that.) After that, your trainer will take you through a mini workout, designed to establish a baseline, so that they can then go on to tailor a program specifically for you.
You will be charged on the same day of each month. Say you sign up on June 2nd, your next payments will always come out on the 2nd of each month.
